During a pre-trial hearing in the O.J. Simpson case, the prosecutor was addressing the judge when she was interrupted: “Is that counsel’s phone?” she asked, turning to defense counsel Robert Shapiro. Judge Ito, noting that this was the second time Shapiro’s cellphone had interrupted proceedings, told him “Next time, it’s mine.” (RC/AP) ...A quart of milk and a loaf of bread: ok, got it babe.
