Bad Day at the Office

At 1:45 a.m., Dilworth, Minn., police officer Brad Browning spotted a car with a burned-out headlight, and pulled it over. He discovered the driver had a warrant out for his arrest for assault on a police officer, so he called for backup. An officer from nearby Moorhead arrived, but when the two cops tried to handcuff the driver, he resisted, so the Moorhead officer pulled his Taser and fired — and hit Ofc. Browning. The driver escaped, and a county sheriff’s deputy with a police dog was brought in to try to track him down. The driver was found hiding, but wouldn’t come out, so the dog was sent in — and bit Ofc. Browning. The suspect was eventually captured, and Browning needed six staples in his leg to close up the bite. (RC/Fargo Forum) ...Which the doctor put into the wrong leg.
