Bad Driver
Nicholas D’Agostino, 29, thinks women are “incompetent” drivers, police say. For example, one woman, 39, swerved twice in his lane — which he told a reporter was “vehicular manslaughter” — in Katy, Texas. So he shot her, Harris County sheriff’s deputies say, and called it “self defense.” After they arrested him, D’Agostino said that wasn’t the first time. “He did admit through statements to having been involved in at least five other, similar situations in which he discharged his firearm at another vehicle,” Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said. D’Agostino was released on $75,000 bond, but then was re-arrested relating to one of the older cases. This time, he’ll need $250,000 to get out of jail.
