Body Heat
A 7 Eleven store in Aurora, Colo., called police after a woman put something in the microwave, which then “exploded.” The clerk says she saw “yellow liquid dripping from the microwave and the smell was unquestionably urine,” and demanded the woman clean it up. She “wiped out the microwave onto the floor,” the resulting police report says, and left. An officer found the woman at a nearby health clinic, where she was scheduled for a urine-based drug test before she could be hired for a job. “When I reminded her that urine blew up where people prepare their food,” the officer noted in his report, “she told me it was not real urine.” Angelique Sanchez, 26, was cited for allegedly causing $500 of damage to the microwave, and the officer suggested the clinic not perform the drug test that day.
