Breath of Life

A man in Vannes, France, called emergency services requesting an ambulance to be sent to the shipyards, where he was attempting to resuscitate a victim. When police officers arrived, the drunk 22-year-old man told them the victim was not responding, and he had been administering CPR to revive him. “He was underneath a boat, on his knees, trying to resuscitate a rubber dinghy,” a police spokesman said. The officers told the ambulance to return to base and took the man into custody to sleep it off. (MS/London Telegraph) ...Who can blame him? It was made out of the same material as the CPR mannequin he was trained on.
