Captivating Magicians
After arresting Cody Tryon, 28, on an outstanding warrant, Terre Haute, Ind., police put him in the back of a patrol car. While the officers were securing a stolen vehicle at the scene, Tryon allegedly kicked out the metal screen separating the front and back of the car, slid through the opening, and drove away. Police used GPS to locate the car and attempted to block it in, but Tryon rammed several police cars before officers were able to take him into custody. The second arrest was a little simpler than the first: Tryon still had his hands handcuffed behind his back. He was arrested on multiple charges including motor vehicle theft, criminal recklessness, felony resisting law enforcement, battery on a law enforcement officer, theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia — all in addition to the original outstanding robbery warrant. (MS/Terre Haute Tribune Star) ...He’s being held in a glass cell at the end of a retractable bridge.Original Publication Date: 09 October 2016
