After John Bobbit’s wife cut off his penis several years ago, similar stories have been appearing in the newspaper frequently, making the phenomenon hardly worth mentioning anymore. To make such acts dinner table conversation again takes creativity. Prayoon Eklang, 47, from Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, has such a creative wife. After she cut him, Prayoon said he “ran looking for it, but a neighbor said my wife had already tied it to a balloon and let it fly away.” His organ has not been found.
