Dangers of Dating
Jordan Callwood met a woman on Tinder, police said, and their first date went so well they planned a second. But when the day came, Callwood asked to stop somewhere to change — and, police said, when he failed to return, she discovered he’d changed from a date into a thief. Her purse was $650 lighter, and when they found Callwood, police said, he claimed she’d given him the cash to get pot. “He said he didn’t think he would get in trouble because the money was going to be used to buy drugs,” said a Framingham, Mass., police spokesman. Nevertheless, he was charged with larceny. (AC/Framingham Metro West Daily News) ...Fortunately, she’d already given him $650 for bail.Original Publication Date: 18 December 2016
