Phillip Winikoff of Coconut Creek, Fla., allegedly knocked on doors to offer his services — free door-to-door breast exams. He apparently looked convincing with his black doctor’s bag: a 36-year-old woman allowed him in and “realized something was amiss only after the exams started” and he had fondled her ...uh... elsewhere. She called police, and by the time officers arrived Winikoff had allegedly found a second victim. Winikoff, who is 81 years old, was charged with multiple felonies, including three counts of sexual battery, and two counts of practicing medicine without a license.
