Don’t Cry Over Spilled Milk
Police in Delaware, Ohio, were called to a domestic disturbance. A man said he and his wife had been at a wedding, and his wife had gotten drunk and locked herself in the car. Officers went over to talk to her, but Stephanie Robinette, 30, refused to cooperate. “She advised the deputies that she was a breast feeding mother, and proceeded to remove her right breast from her dress and began spraying deputies and the vehicle with her breast milk,” said Sheriff Walter L. Davis III. Deputies pressed through the attack and arrested her on charges of domestic violence, assault, obstructing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Robinette, a school teacher, pleaded not guilty to the charges, and said “I absolutely intend to seek help for substance abuse with alcohol because alcoholism does run in my family.” (RC/WBNS Columbus) ...There’s hope for any teacher who can still learn.Original Publication Date: 24 July 2011
