Everyone Look At Me!
Patrolling officers of the Guam Police Department spotted an unsafe motorcyclist on the highway: he was standing on the bike’s seat, and at least once raised his arms in the air. They tried to pull him over, but the biker led them on a chase — which ended when the biker hit a car parked in the median. Despite road rash, the biker then ran, and had to be chased down and subdued with a stun gun. The biker, Manny Sablan Murciano Jr., 25, had a backpack, and police searched it: they found two loaded guns, suspected drugs, a scale, and cash. And Murciano had a warrant out for his arrest in a previous felony drug case. He was, of course, arrested for that, and for multiple other charges.
