Evidence by the Pound

Isitro Sanches, 59, also known as “Santa Claus” in his Panama City, Fla., trailer park, was found guilty of three counts of burglary and one count of aggravated stalking after a one day trial. Sanches’ attorney argued that there was no direct evidence tying Sanches to the stalking, but the prosecution had evidence proving otherwise. They brought out bags of women’s underwear — over 90 pounds of them — and had the woman who would receive them with a note every day. The notes said he wanted to see her wearing them. “It got to the point it happened several times a day,” the victim said. “I was just gathering the notes and the panties so I could report them later. It got too much. I work two jobs.” Now that the jury has found him guilty, Sanches faces up to 40 years in prison. (MS/Panama City News Herald) ...So... what is he wearing?
Story Update: Sanches was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but only did slightly more than 3 ...because he died there at age 62.
