Family Feud

Neighbors told Mason Tackett they saw his cousin, Phillip Hagans, carrying things from his house in Floyd County, Ky., so Tackett investigated. “When I finally got down here to the house to look and see what happened the door was standing wide open,” he said. “It looked like he was packing up for a yard sale when he come out.” He went around back and saw his own stuff piled there. Tackett was baffled by the selection of items Hagans allegedly stole. “It’s the most random assortment of things,” he says. “Who steals a cheese grater? He’s got the works...Lysol! He stole an empty bottle of spray! What got me the most was my soap. He stole my soap! Who steals soap!?!” Hagans was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
