Firefighters in Heat II

The “horrified” clerk of a 7 Eleven in Middletown, R.I.., called 911 after “a man came into the store without clothes on,” bought a diet Coke, “and then drove away in a black Mercedes Benz.” Police were in the area and spotted the car “moments later,” and found the male driver and female passenger both fully dressed. The woman, Tammy McDougal, 29, told an officer that the man was her boyfriend, and she “dared” him to do it “because it was legal in Rhode Island.” John H. Walsh, 60, was charged with disorderly conduct, and put on administrative leave by his employer: he is a captain at the Lynnfield (Mass.) Fire Dept., and has been with the department for 40 years.
