Helena Handbasket

Police in Clarksburg, W.V., were called to a car crash and found the driver of an Audi had hit three parked cars. The driver identified herself to the responding officer as “Hell on Wheels” — but a check of her driver’s license revealed her to be Amanda Dolores Alleman, 38. Her blood alcohol was measured at .203 percent, and she was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence, three counts of striking an unattended vehicle, joyriding (because she was driving the car without permission from the owner), driving without insurance, and “failure to maintain control.” (RC/Clarksburg Exponent-Telegram) ...Of the vehicle, or of herself?
