If At First You Don’t Succeed II

Edwin Charles Tobergta III, 34, of Hamilton, Ohio, has at least five arrests for public indecency on his record. That still didn’t keep him from going outside his home in broad daylight, without any clothing, to engage in “sexual relations with a rubber pool float,” police say. It wasn’t even his: the pool toy belonged to a neighbor. The event came to light when a 10-year-old girl was playing in her new pool, but came running into her house to tell her mother that “Edwin was doing something weird out there.” Tobergta is again charged with a felony count of public indecency — and it’s at least the second time that the charge involved someone else’s pool toy. (RC/WHIO Dayton) ...His gene pool needs a lot more chlorine.
