It’ll Work in a Clutch
A delivery driver was stopped at a road block in Cape Town, South Africa, and officers were shocked that the driver had an amputated left leg. The man was cited for driving without a license, and for driving an unlicensed truck. “He won’t be allowed to drive,” said the city’s chief traffic inspector, “but he shouldn’t have been driving in the first place.” (RC/AFP) ...Right: the kid should have been driving.Original Publication Date: 07 August 2011
