Locked Door Mystery

When there was a report of a man with a gun, Ohio’s Youngstown State University went into lockdown, keeping students indoors until the threat was cleared, which took about two hours. Of course, police were very busy finding the alleged gunman. Parking control officers — employees of Ampco System Parking who are empowered by police to give out parking tickets — were busy too: scores of students who were locked inside were given citations for overtime parking. Police invited anyone who was unfairly ticketed to come to the police department’s Traffic Unit “to try and resolve it.” (RC/Youngstown Vindicator) ...The process will only take an hour. The parking meters outside the building are limited to 30 minutes.
