According to the Arapahoe County, Colo., Sheriff’s Office, Paul Sikkema, 29, exchanged explicit online messages with a sheriff’s deputy posing as a 14-year-old girl named Jenny. Sikkema was arrested and held on $7,500 bond on suspicion of Internet luring of a child. Sikkema is a graduate of and instructor for the U.S. Air Force Academy.
