A woman in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., called police to report a neighbor in her apartment building had pulled down his pants, put his hands on his hips, and began “shaking” his ...um... exposed appendage to her and her young son, and “yelling incoherently” to ensure he had their attention. When officers confronted the man, he said his pants were too loose and had fallen down. They didn’t buy that, and arrested Richard Wild, 60, on a charge of intentional lewd or lascivious exhibition — a felony, since a child under 16 was a target. (RC/Northwest Florida Daily News) ...Talk about a need to be the center of attention! Next I suppose he’ll be calling the cops on himself the moment he gets out of jail.
