Not the Best Strategy, Vince
Patrolling officers in Cape Coral, Fla., saw a car spin out and then speed away, and pulled the driver over. The “argumentative” driver insisted that officers should just give him a warning. When officers insisted, he “reluctantly” handed over his driver’s license — and then sped off, leaving his license behind. Officers simply went to the home of Vincent Parlato, 30, and arrested him on charges of fleeing and eluding law enforcement, and resisting without violence. They did, however, wait a week to do it.
