An 11-year-old girl in Naples, Fla., was getting ready for school, and came out of the bathroom to discover a man under her bed. She ran for her mother, who called 911. When deputies arrived the man was outside, but had left the girl a “lewd note” on her night stand. Deputies asked David Hanggigoble, 24, why he went inside the apartment, and what his intentions were toward the girl. “He would only say that he had been there to borrow tools,” deputies wrote in their report. Hanggigoble, the mother said, is a neighbor who had been paying undue attention to her children, such as leaving a tablet computer on the steps playing adult videos. He was charged with aggravated stalking of a minor younger than 16, and burglary of an occupied dwelling. (RC/Naples Daily News) ...It does sound like he has some real problems with his tool.
