A moose wandering around a neighborhood in Saro, Sweden, became “drunk” by eating fermenting apples. It apparently wanted more, so she started to climb up the tree to reach them. That’s when the full-grown adult animal slipped and ended up hanging from the tree from a foot, head-down, completely off the ground. The moose’s cries brought a neighbor to see what the ruckus was. Per Johansson found the beast and took a photo. He declared the animal “half-stupid.” (RC/BBC) ...In other words, a typical drunk.Original Publication Date: 18 September 2011
