Sad News for Sad People

When a new member of an online white-nationalist group takes a genetic test and finds he’s not a pureblood white man, he may get kicked out, according to sociological research. But when an established member gets the same news, he may find his comrades more accommodating. Some people have even been told that if they want to stay in the white-nationalist community, they’d better not breed the “wrong way.” Roughly two out of three white supremacists who take the tests discover they’re not the 100 percent white, non-Jewish sort of person they advocate for. Genetic testing has become controversial among white nationalists, some of whom doubt the tests’ accuracy, and some of whom prefer such dubious methods as looking in the mirror: “If you see a Jew looking back at you, that’s a problem.” (AC/The Week, Global News Canada) ...Wait, these people can look in the mirror?
