Some People Never Learn — Because They Apparently Can’t

Robert Daniel Collins, 39, of Alliance, Ohio, was mighty upset at his wife. He called police to report a theft, which he blamed on the missus. Collins “called 911 because he claimed that his wife stole his cocaine,” arrest reports note. Police cleared up the situation easily enough by arresting Collins, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of 911, and on an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to pay the fines associated with a previous conviction. “The records did not say whether the reportedly pilfered cocaine was recovered,” the Canton Repository noted.
