Strong Man, Strong Breath — What’s the Difference?
Officers were dispatched to the Vision Night Club in Golden Gate, Fla., to ask Cesar Frometa-Delgado, 23, to stop his disruptive behavior. But he allegedly refused, and eventually the deputies attempted to arrest him. He pulled away and allegedly elbowed one of them. As he continued resisting, he shouted, “I’m the strongest man in the world!” About that time, deputies pepper-sprayed him. Frometa-Delgado then stopped resisting and was handcuffed. (MS/Naples Daily News) ...Sounds like he was Vision impaired.Original Publication Date: 18 September 2011
