To Be a Clown, Just Add Alcohol

“Numerous” people called 911 in the community of Cunningham in Montgomery County, Tenn., to report “a white female wearing clown-like makeup” chasing cars in the road while in “various stages of undress.” Before the sheriff’s deputy arrived, the woman herself called 911 four times, “in which call takers were berated, threatened, and cursed.” The deputy found Candice A. Kreidel, 37, clad in a sports bra, pajama bottoms, a stocking cap, and a “considerable amount of paint of makeup about her body and face that could easily be described as clown-like.” She was also holding a beer, and the deputy found empty beer cans, a clown wig, and a mask. Kreidel was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and misuse of 911. (RC/Clarksville Leaf Chronicle, WKRN Nashville) ...She didn’t need the wig and makeup to convince anyone she was a clown.
