Un-Gun
A man approached a smoker outside a bar and tried to bum a cigarette. When the woman claimed to be out, the man repeated his demand with a gun. Or rather, something the woman thought was a gun until she spotted the “orange foam dart” in its barrel. She grabbed the gun from him and tossed it over a fence. The man fled — but he returned. After a shoving match with one of the woman’s friends, he fled again, this time screaming for someone to call the cops — which someone did. Officers did find a suspect nearby, and arrested the unnamed 22-year-old man for attempted robbery. (AC/KOMO Seattle) ...He looked closely at the officers’ guns, but fortunately for him he concluded they were real.Original Publication Date: 23 November 2014
