Unintended Explosive Device

A car is not a good place to apply body spray, says the Baltimore County, Md., police. A driver did so, apparently liberally, police spokeswoman Jennifer Peach said — and then lit a cigarette. The result: “a sudden and violent expansion of the air molecules in that vehicle,” Peach said. The windshield shattered. The doors blew open. Even the roof was pushed up. The driver did not have immediately visible injuries, but he was taken to a hospital for a hearing test. (AC/Baltimore Sun) ...He had already failed the chemistry test.
