Police in Panama City Beach, Fla., responded to a man who “appeared to be pleasuring himself” at a condo complex while looking at women and girls on the property. Officers told him to leave and not return, but when investigators discovered there was “a series of similar incidents” at the property, as shown by security cameras, a warrant was issued for his arrest. By that time, Billy Driggers, 44, had already returned to his home in Alabama; he was arrested at his place of employment pending extradition to Florida. Driggers’ employer has suspended him without pay — the City of Level Plains, where Driggers is the police chief. (RC/Dothan Eagle, Birmingham News) ...The Plains: Level.
