Arthur Phillips III, 32, and Brittany M. Lurch, 22, both of Centre Hall, Pa., were arrested after allegedly stealing over $1,000 in merchandise from a local supermarket — food intended for their wedding reception that afternoon, police say. The couple didn’t make it to the reception, however: they spent the time in the Centre County Jail, where they were held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
