Well There’s Yer Problem!

Josh Holocker says that for 15 years, as he has driven past the yard where Union Public School buses are kept in Tulsa, Okla., he often has to swerve to avoid hitting the buses as they pull out of the yard, because they run through a stop sign. Complaints got him nowhere, so he stopped and took video with his cell phone, and alerted the media. “It could cause a big accident,” Holocker said. “The safe transportation of our students to and from school is our primary concern,” said Union Public Schools in a written statement after the video went viral online. “We are aware of the concerns expressed in the video and can assure you they are being addressed.” How? The district took down the stop sign, and replaced it with a yield sign. (RC/KOKI Tulsa) ...There. That fixed it.
