Police in Portland, Ore., say Robb Stout, 48, made a bomb and left it on the back on another man’s car. The â€�“bomb†was in a plastic toolbox packed with dog poop. When the victim opened the toolbox, â€�“it exploded with such force that it sounded like an M80 going off and the dog scat was blown out of the toolbox,†charging papers say. The explosive was the charge from an automotive airbag. No injuries were reported, but Stout was charged with unlawfully manufacturing a destructive device, a felony. He was also charged with drug possession, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a sawed-off shotgun. Stout allegedly admitted to placing the bomb because he was mad at the man — a former friend — for failing to return something of his.
