Jonathan Phan, 29, allegedly broke into a woman’s home in Santa Ana, Calif. Once inside, police say Phan removed his clothes and climbed into bed with the woman. When she awoke, she screamed when she saw him, prompting Phan to jump out the window — leaving his clothes behind, including his pants with his cell phone and wallet inside. Police were able to identify Phan from his driver’s license and arrested him on suspicion of residential burglary. Phan has an Internet Movie Data Base profile that identifies him as an actor and stuntman.
