A woman in the drive-thru of a McDonald’s in Santa Ana, Calif., was unsatisfied with how the restaurant filled her order. Enraged, she allegedly came in through the employee entrance and demanded more ketchup. The manager told her she was not allowed in the employee area, “and then the beating erupted,” said police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna. “There’s no reason to physically assault someone because you didn’t get enough ketchup.” It took about a month to identify and arrest Mayra Berenice Gallo, 24, who is charged with assault.
