Would You like Some Milk in Your Coffee?
Carmela Panico, 49, owns three coffee shops in Snohomish County, Wash. According to county prosecutors, she has been bringing in higher profits by providing “extra services” to her customers. During the investigation, an undercover officer identified as “Detective Frausto” ordered coffee and paid $20 for it. “Are you a naughty boy?” the barista asked. When he said yes, she sent him around to a drive-through window, where the woman, dressed in a bikini top, g-string, and short plaid skirt with stockings, allegedly pulled her costume to the side, and then did a pole dance on the pole installed inside the shop. On another occasion, Panico herself, dressed in “booty shorts” and a crop-top, was seen sitting on the window ledge, spanking herself. Such services have resulted in Panico being slapped with lewd conduct charges. Her chain, Java Juggs, continues to operate, but appears to have scaled back on the shows. (MS/Seattle Post-Intelligencer) ...Right. Only prosecutors and courts are allowed to spank anyone in public.Original Publication Date: 04 September 2011
