10’ll Get You 20
“As many times as we do this, it’s like a moth to a flame,” said Volusia County, Fla., Sheriff Mike Chitwood. “You’ve got these scumbags [who] think they are going to have sex with a 14 or 15 year old.” His deputies posed as underage girls online, and then arrested seven men who showed up for sex with the “girls.” Deputies say Jonathan William Hayes, 22, a former Elks Youth Camp counselor, bragged “in detail” to the “girl” he was chatting with about how he had done this before with a 16-year-old. George Wallace, 43, had been tagged in an earlier such sting, but didn’t show up at the appointed place. He did this time, deputies say, and told them, “I can explain myself.” Oh? “I made a mistake.” And barber James Bowen, 34 — wearing a T-shirt reading “I would cuddle you so much harder” — said he showed up because he thought the whole thing was an undercover sting and “thought it would be cool” to watch. He was also arrested. (RC/Daytona Beach News Journal) ...I’ll bet that was cool to watch.Original Publication Date: 28 October 2018
