And She Did

A woman is suing a bar in Londonderry, N.H., after she attempted to go into the joint at the same time two men were coming out. She stumbled, fell, and was injured, she says. “The entrance to the business was not of sufficient size to allow the plaintiff to enter and the two men to exit at the same time,” the lawsuit claims. Attorney Brittany Pescia says the bar failed to warn her client of the “hazardous condition” of the entrance, and she has asked for unspecified damages from a jury trial. The name of the waterhole? The Stumble Inn Bar & Grill. (RC/New Hampshire Union Leader) ...Well there’s her warning right there.
