After a hospital in Maine announced nine of its nurses was pregnant, New York University’s Winthrop Hospital has announced 15 of the nurses in the Labor and Delivery and NICU units are pregnant. “We beat them!” one of the Winthrop nurses said. All of the women plan to work as long as possible. “We’re all really, really lucky!” exclaimed nurse Katelyn O’Connor.
