Tyler Heep won the lottery. He took his ticket to the Iowa Lottery headquarters in Clive and asked for one of those giant checks. “The guy came down the stairs,” Heep said, “and they took me into the back room where the camera was with the Iowa Lottery logo.” And there they took a picture of Heep with his heaping big check for his heaping big prize: $1.
