Brake for Obliviots
Tammy A. Fox, 38, of Jersey City, Pa., crashed her car in Scranton, and the mother of five was killed. Pennsylvania State Police investigated the cause of the wreck, and discovered her brake line had been cut. They say they know who did it: her boyfriend, John William Jenkins Jr., 39. Why? “To obtain a metal pipe that could be used to smoke crack cocaine,” investigators say. Jenkins is being held without bail, charged with murder.
