Busted III
Pacific County, Wash., sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennifer Rose Chipman, 46, after she allegedly assaulted a man in an Ocean Park home. When deputies arrived, they described the scene as “chaotic at best,” with “petty accusations” and personal property “being thrown about,” accompanied by “shouting and arguing.” An unidentified male relative said Chipman “is prone to violence,” and he had been asked to be there when Chipman arrived to keep the peace. “When she started to pull off her bra, I turned away,” the man said. “She ran forward into me with her breasts and it caused my head to bounce off the wall,” and then assaulted him with her breasts. The man complained of a sore head and neck, but declined medical attention. The melee was reportedly recorded on video by his brother. Chipman admits to baring her chest (“They provoked me,” she said), but denied the assault. (RC/Chinook Observer) ...A time-out has been called for officials to review the play.Original Publication Date: 15 April 2018
