A routine traffic stop in Des Moines, Iowa, turned into a high-speed police chase when the driver declined to pull over. Things escalated when he threw a shotgun out his window. But when the gun hit the ground, it went off — and shot out his rear tire. He got out and ran, but was quickly apprehended. Why was Taylor Parker, 24, so anxious not to be pulled over?
