Can You Describe the Man?

Shawn Frederick Weatherhead, 46, was a fugitive, and the FBI sent out an alert to ask the public for assistance in locating him. The unemployed tattoo artist from western Oregon was thought to be in California, and could be identified from numerous tattoos on his face and neck — including a large one that reads “dork”. A California Highway Patrol officer pulled a car over for expired tags, spotted Weatherhead in the passenger seat, and took him into custody. His crime: he made about a thousand phone calls to various FBI field offices, occasionally threatening to kill people. He previously pleaded guilty to making 100 harassing calls to a western Oregon sheriff’s office, and served 10 days in jail.
