Laid-back rocker Jimmy Buffett’s fans are getting ever older, but he’s still catering to them. His latest offering: a retirement community in Florida. Construction has started in Daytona Beach, and the community will feature “walkable” neighborhoods, a fitness center, and a band shell for outdoor entertainment. It’ll of course be called Margaritaville, after Buffett’s most-famous song, and will cater to “those looking to live the Margaritaville lifestyle as they grow older, but not up,” his holding company says.
