“Bloody Michelin pretentiousness!” grumped actress Tracy Ann Oberman after visiting an unnamed posh — and Michelin-starred — restaurant with her husband, Rob Cowdan. Best known for her role on Eastenders, Oberman, 51, posted on Twitter, “You know it’s a Michelin star when the napkins are inflated with water in a Neanderthal carver holder.” But then things went downhill: “Rob tried to eat” the napkin, she said. Restaurant staffers “were horrified.” Oberman told Spanish chef Martin Berasategui, “Your food was exquisite, your presentation a tad pretentious, but your staff were so patronising.
