Clear Evidence They Cheated on Their Finals

American college graduates “are alarmingly ignorant of America’s history and heritage,” says the American Council of Trustees and Alumni. They conducted a survey of American college grads and found that only 28 percent could correctly identify the father of the Constitution as James Madison; 59 percent guessed Thomas Jefferson, the principal author of the Declaration of Independence. And nearly 10 percent thought “Judge Judy” — a reality TV judge who tries small claims cases on the air — was a member of the U.S. Supreme Court.
