“Hard to imagine someone doesn’t know, you know, that some bed bugs are crawling all over them, certainly in abundance,” said Sheriff Scott Walton of Rogers County, Okla. Yet a lawyer managed to go into the courthouse and into a courtroom with the insects falling off of him. The building was closed for extermination, and it wasn’t clear what would happen to the affected court cases. “I was told,” Walton said, “the individual that had them also shook his jacket over the prosecutor’s files.” (AC/KJRH Tulsa) ...Usually the prosecution is the side that uses bugs.Original Publication Date: 17 February 2019
