I’m So Blue
The Record Institute for Germany has verified a new record for the largest group of people dressed as Smurfs. The rules: participants had to dress in an approved Smurf costume, show no non-blue-painted skin, and not depict several off-limits characters, such as the evil wizard Gargamel. The Institute certified that 2,762 people — including some children — met those requirements at a gathering in Lauchringen, Germany.
