Derek Weber woke up to a notification from his security system that someone was at his Denver, Colo., front door. The video captured by his “Nest” video doorbell, which Weber installed to catch package thieves, showed a man walking up to the camera ...and stealing it. “It’s like broad daylight at night and he just walks straight up, face straight into the camera,” Weber said. He filed a report with the police, since Nest replaces stolen doorbells once a report is filed.
